Learner surveys
Quality in learning systems is increasingly dependent on frequent feedback from learners. OLP offers a complete service using a computerised mark reading system. This service includes:

OLP offers consultancy on:

Connectivity
Getting a reliable, affordable internet connection is not always easy for learning providers. We offer a connectivity advice and installation service, using low cost technology including WiFi XDSL Satellite 3G.

Online qualifications
OLP offers online qualifications to learning centres. These are:
- ECDL and ITQ
- City and Guilds literacy and numeracy national tests
- Adult Learner Support course with Newcastle college
- NVQ level 3 in social care
- NHS Knowledge and Skills Framework (KSF)
